The last of the porch floor framing was removed and the roof support post dangled from a beam above.
The zone of disruption extended well down the lawn to provide a ramp for equipment access to the excavated area beneath the camp.
The crews were very careful of the surroundings, but the activity did cause some shifting in the stone terraced circle garden.
